Akishina Anna Ivanovna [1910 - 1991]
Anna Akishina a painter, a member of Union of Painters of Ukraine (1960 to 1991) was born on the 12th of July 1910 in the family of miner in Donetsk (Yusivka). In 1947 she graduated from Art Institute of Kharkiv (department of painting). The war interrupted the study at the institute (she studied from 1938 to 1941 and then from 1944 to 1947). Workshop of S. Prohorov, teachers S. Prohorov, Y. Sadylenko, O. Kokel. Was awarded by Medal for Distinguished Labor, the USSR Peace Foundation Medal, Certificates of Honors of the Ministry of Cultural Affairs of Ukraine (1964, 1967). From 1947 to 1966 worked as a head master and teacher of Repin Art School for Children in Kharkiv, from 1947 to 1950 simultaneously as an assistant of chair of painting in Art Institute in Kharkiv.

Strength of her idividuality in painting style is being revealed in combination of realistic elements of an image with figurative and symbolyc conception of painting and delicate feeling of pictorial and plastic expressiveness. Her works can be found in galleries in Ukraine, Russia, USA and private collections in Italy, Germany, France and Sweden.

Beketova Evelina Yurievna was born in Lugansk town, in Ukraine. In 1997 graduated Lugansk Artistic Collage. From 1999 to 2005 was studying in the National Academy of Art and Architecture. Took an active part in the students exhibitions of the contemporary art. Only in 2004 her paintings were placed at the exhibitions in the Artist`s Home, in the Book Home, at the gallery of Kievo – Pecherska Lavra - sacred of our church and religion. She is a talented artist who tries herself mostly in surreal genre of art.

The painter. Honored Art Worker of Ukraine. Professor. Was born on the 5th of June, 1940 in the village Yampil, Donetsk region. Graduated from Crimea Art School named for M. Samokish (1962-1966) and Kharkov Art and Technical Institute (1966-1971) where also Yegorova, Kosareva, Bykova, Kolesnikova studied. The member of Art Organization National Unity of Painters of Ukraine since 1982, and the head of painting department since 1998. The participant of republican, all-union and international exhibitions since 1972.

The painter. Was born on the 21st of October, 1964 in Kharkov. Graduated from Kharkov Art and Technical Institute in 1989, where she studied under V. Ganotskiy, Y. Vintaeva, S.Solodovnykova, O.Vyatkina, V. Kovtun. The participant of regional, all-ukrainian and republican exhibitions since 1987. The member of Art Organization National Unity of Painters of Ukraine since 2000. Her works are in private collections in Russia, Ukraine, Germany, England, Canada, France, the USA, Israel. Works in art workshop.

Chekavij Sergey (Avaton). Was born in Kazakhstan (late USSR) in 1965. From the very childhood and up to now he was painting, but didn't attach an importance to it, considering painting like a hobby. He works in abstraction and avant-garde style.

Graphic and watercolor artist Was born on October 29, 1949 in Borysivka village, Belgorod oblast. Graduated from Orel Pedagogical Institute in 1972 and from Kharkiv Art & Industry Institute in 1980. Among her teachers were O. Martynets, V. Nenado, Y. Karas', Y. Golovash, and V. Sizikova. The member of National Union of Painters of Ukraine since 1992. In the person of Chursina we have a mature and prominent artist and teacher. The artist made an outstanding contribution in the development of modern Ukrainian fine arts.

Demenko Anatoliy Vladimirovich was born in Lugamsk. Graduated Luganks Fine Art School and Collage. To this time is studying at the National Academy of Art and Architecture (in Kiev). He is finishing the degree course.

Alexandr Dobrodiy. Born in 1960. Graduated from the Ukrainian Academy of Arts in Kiev in 1995. A member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine.
